Position Summary

Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs. Supports recruitment and development of qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.

What you'll do...

  • Supervises and develops associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and motivates and influences others.
  • Attracts and retains the best talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.
  • Acts with integrity, maintains and promotes the highest standards of ethics and compliance, and encourages learning from mistakes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Additional Compensation

Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), State Pay Differential (where applicable).
