Position Summary
Coordinates job-related activities and assignments, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, supervises and develops associates, ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and fosters a culture of belonging.

- Supports recruitment efforts to hire and develop qualified associates.
- Supervises and trains associates, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the Open Door Policy.
- Works collaboratively to build strong relationships and motivate associates.
- Maintains and promotes integrity, acts selflessly, and supports the Walmart values.
- Delivers results while prioritizing customer needs and balancing short and long-term priorities.
- Strives for excellence through continuous improvements, adopting new technologies, and encouraging learning from mistakes.
- Manages health, financial, and other benefits for associates.
- Participates in education programs like Live Better U.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college;
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience;
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University;
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
