About the role

The Corporate Access team is responsible for supporting the firm's corporate access strategy and client engagement efforts throughout the assigned region, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients.

  • Support the firm's Corporate Access efforts in the U.S. for institutional investors and corporate clients.
  • Partner with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities.
  • Coordinate corporate management meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events.
  • Develop and execute corporate access programs designed to enhance client engagement and support revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate executives, investor relations professionals, and institutional investors.
  • Oversee event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in capital markets and investor engagement.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese.
  • Experience covering Latin American clients and investors.
  • Established network among institutional investors, corporate executives, and investor relations professionals.
  • Experience managing large-scale investor conferences and roadshows.

Work Authorization & Sponsorship

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $97,500.00 USD to $150,000.00 USD annually.
