About the role
The Corporate Access team supports the firm's corporate access strategy and client engagement efforts, targeting institutional investors and corporate clients in the U.S. This role partners with Research, Sales, Trading, Investment Banking, and Corporate Banking teams to identify and execute strategic client engagement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate corporate management meetings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, field trips, and thematic events.
- Develop and execute corporate access programs designed to enhance client engagement and support revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate executives, investor relations professionals, and institutional investors.
- Oversee event planning, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Access, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, or related financial services experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in capital markets and investor engagement.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel as required.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish & Portuguese.
- Experience covering Latin American clients and investors.
- Established network among institutional investors, corporate executives, and investor relations professionals.
- Experience managing large-scale investor conferences and roadshows.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $97,500.00 USD to $150,000.00 USD annually.
