Position Summary

Manage financial aspects as assigned and in area of responsibility by monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget. Monitor asset utilization and prepare, review, and analyze business reports.

What you'll do...

  • Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Supply Chain and company policies, standards, and procedures. Monitor associate compliance to policies and procedures, distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Support associates in conducting high-quality maintenance operations by demonstrating and communicating a solid working knowledge of maintenance procedures. Help associates understand and use procedures for maintenance operations, handle accidents and emergencies, and maintain equipment in proper working order.
  • Respond to customer compliance and operational issues related to maintenance operations by identifying and appropriately responding to issues. Support improvement of existing processes and standards for a specific equipment type by recognizing and escalating possible issues.
  • Engage, enable, and empower associates and peers by coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling Supply Chain and company policies and procedures. Identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, leading, mentoring, and evaluating associates and leaders.
  • Collaborate with other Maintenance Area Managers to determine capacity and ensure optimization of service delivery. Ensure performance of routine equipment inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment, following established processes and programs.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and follow priorities for work processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations such as OSHA, Hazardous Waste, NFPA, Storm Water, DOT, etc., related to maintenance operations.
  • Confirm parts inventory logs and reports per standard and established templates. Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands and organizational changes.
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans. Use the Open Door Policy and demonstrate and assist others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Respond to incident alarms, understand potential causes, and determine appropriate courses of action for straightforward incidents. Conduct triage as required and follow standard protocols such as initiating downtime processes for critical path assets, managing responses to equipment alarms and incidents, submitting and escalating tickets, updating logs.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement Tools Systems and Processes for Maintenance and Reliability Performance Monitoring and KPI Improvement, such as equipment uptime, product throughput, OEE, and evolving predictive maintenance techniques. Eliminate breakdowns by being proficient in root cause and component failure analysis.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $120,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), and stock.
