US-Technical Expert
Summary

About the role
You will deepen your knowledge of Apple products and services, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide excellent service to customers. You will also contribute to an inclusive environment and share your expertise with the team.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with Apple product or software issues, using all available tools and resources.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
- Provide education on repair options and Apple products and services.
- Identify and address recurring repair problems and other service concerns, providing feedback to Apple.
- Use extensive knowledge of hardware and software components to identify and explain technical issues.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and sharing knowledge.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities.
Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
- Visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
Qualifications
- Technical expertise of Apple products and services, including repairing devices.
- Ability to analyze problems and follow troubleshooting steps to identify the root cause of a technical issue.
- Effective communication skills to solve customer concerns and present technical problems and solutions clearly.
- Ability to support and educate the broader team by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure, while supporting multiple customers at the same time.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
