About the role

As a US Tech-Product Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will act as the general manager of commercial and internal products, sitting at the intersection of business, user experience, and technology. You will design, develop, and manage activities for specific products throughout their lifecycle—from definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. This role also involves commercialization, go-to-market planning, and other key business support activities.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will engage with different stakeholders, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product activities from definition and planning through production and release
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product vision with market demands and business growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product strategy and roadmap
  • Utilize agile methodology to drive product development and lifecycle management
  • Engage in customer needs analysis to enhance product specifications and user experience
  • Support commercialization and go-to-market planning for commercial products
  • Gather information from diverse sources to analyze facts and discern patterns for product innovation
  • Apply business process modeling to optimize product management and operationalization
  • Build commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive profitable growth

Requirements

  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
  • At least 1 year of experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,500 – $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
