US Tech - FTO Senior Associate
The US Tech - FTO Senior Associate role is a key position in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Within Internal Firm Services, you will integrate development, operations, and security practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. This role bridges gaps between teams for seamless and secure application development. As a Senior Associate, you will build client connections, manage and inspire others, navigate complex situations, and deepen your technical skills while anticipating team and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance
- Integrate development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
- Bridge the gap between development and operations teams for seamless application development
- Utilize tools like Azure DevOps Server and AWS CloudFormation for efficient deployment management
- Manage security infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting to minimize software threats
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and incident remediation to maintain system integrity
- Collaborate with clients to build meaningful connections and anticipate their needs
- Apply critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Mentor junior team members to foster growth and technical skills development
- Uphold professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Skills
- Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and Azure DevOps Server
- Experience with Python and Terraform for infrastructure automation
- Managing security operations with Palo Alto Networks and CrowdStrike
- Implementing continuous integration with Jenkins and GitLab
- Data interpretation to inform strategic insights
- Critical thinking skills for navigating complex client environments
Preference for candidates with a background in one of the following fields: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
