About the Role
As a US Tech - FTO Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing secure IT systems that support business operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of networks, servers, and data centers to optimize performance and minimize downtime. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on integrating development, operations, and security practices to validate secure, consistent, and efficient delivery of software and applications. This role bridges the gap between teams for seamless and secure application and software development.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, navigate increasingly complex situations, and grow your personal brand while deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using challenges as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance
- Integrating development, operations, and security practices to enhance software delivery
- Bridging the gap between development and operations teams for seamless application development
- Utilizing tools like Azure DevOps Server and AWS CloudFormation for efficient deployment management
- Managing security infrastructure implementation and troubleshooting to minimize software threats
- Conducting vulnerability assessments and incident remediation to maintain system integrity
- Collaborating with clients to build meaningful connections and anticipate their needs
- Applying critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and technical skills development
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:

Skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
