About the Role

In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems, ensuring they meet market demands and drive business growth.

You will design, develop, and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will span all stages of a product’s lifecycle, including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance. For commercial products, this also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

As part of the Strategic Change and Transformation team, you will support a large enterprise software implementation, driving execution discipline and maintaining program controls. This role offers an opportunity for personal growth in operational leadership and large program delivery, allowing you to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your professional brand.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues while maintaining program controls
  • Mentor junior team members and promote exemplary standards of work
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee program reporting, risk management, and financial tracking
  • Work with leadership to align project objectives with strategic goals
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement and open communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Organizational Behavior Studies, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting large transformations, software implementation, PMO, or program management initiatives

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
