About the role

A Specialist at Apple Retail builds brand loyalty and creates owners of Apple products and services. You deliver an unparalleled customer service experience by understanding customer needs, customizing recommendations, and educating them on relevant ways to buy products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by seeking to understand customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting products and services.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance in all tasks.
• Perform additional tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
• Uphold Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Requirements

• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliable attendance as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to approved accommodations.

Base pay is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees may also:
