We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Learn more." maybe not substantive? It's a call to action but maybe considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove application instructions. "Learn more." is likely a link; we can drop. Also "Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? Apply today." and "EY accepts applications for this position on an on-going basis." and "For those living in California, please click here for additional information." are application instructions; drop. Also remove the big paragraphs about EY building a better working world etc. That's boilerplate. Thus keep: - Intro paragraph: "At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence. We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go. Join EY and help to build a better working world." This is substantive? It's generic marketing but maybe keep as part of About the role? However we have a section About The Role already. The intro could be considered part of About the role? But we already have About The Role heading. The intro may be considered generic fluff but not boilerplate; we could keep as a paragraph before About The Role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can have a short paragraph for location maybe. We need to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Thus we will have:

Location: Anywhere in Country

maybe. Then

About the role

with the paragraph from About The Role. Then

Responsibilities

with
  • items from What You’ll Do. Then

    Requirements

    (or Qualifications) with
    • items from What You’ll Bring. Then

      Benefits

with paragraph from What We Offer You (maybe two sentences). The "Learn more." we drop. Then

      Pay

with paragraph about salary range. We should not include Schedule as not present. We should not include Skills separate; we can combine into Requirements. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to keep each bullet exactly as in posting. Let's extract bullets: What You’ll Do: - Equity reporting and CoC form administration; drive process improvements from assignment initiation through repatriation. - Review and sign U.S. tax returns for HNW individuals and expatriates; ensure technical accuracy and compliance. - Deliver expatriate tax advisory, including tax planning, tax equalization reviews, gross‑up calculations, estimates, and cost projections; provide detailed feedback on junior work. - Represent clients before tax authorities, advising on responses to federal and state notices/audits and signing correspondence when engaged as representative. - Educate stakeholders, developing and presenting trainings on taxation of foreign nationals, state residency rules, and international tax/totalization treaties. - Advise on relocation policies, identifying tax‑efficient approaches; research income tax and totalization treaties to support positions. What We Offer You: - At EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences. We’ll empower you in a flexible environment, and fuel you and your extraordinary talents in a diverse and inclusive culture of globally connected teams. This is generic but maybe considered substantive? It's marketing fluff but not boilerplate; we could keep as a

before the headings. Location: "Anywhere in Country" - we can put as

      Location: Anywhere in Country

. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include or . Just the fragment. Thus:
