• Willingness to work in shifts as NOC Engineers often need to provide 24/7 support

Responsibilities

• Work in the NOC providing the employee with the opportunity for technology specific training and hands-on experience with several platforms, including SDWAN, Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and others
• First point of contact for all clients that Configure Inc. supports
• Receive client inquiries via phone, email, or through submitting a case within our tool
• Work on problems and requests quickly to restoration/resolution
• Collaborate with other network professionals in maintaining the network infrastructure
• Manage emergencies and handle stressful situations effectively
• Handle multiple tickets in a timely manner or escalate if additional help is needed
