About the role
Raytheon is seeking a Program Integrator (PI) for U.S. Patriot Programs. This role involves leading proposal efforts and contract negotiations to secure new business and strengthen customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead product Bid/No Bid decisions in collaboration with Contracts and Product Line
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the entire proposal development process for the U.S. Patriot Program in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Estimating and Pricing, Operations, Product Line, Finance and Contract
- Maintain team's progress in developing and delivering proposals on time
- Support daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
- Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Corporate and Business policies and procedures
- Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations
- Meet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
- Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and administrative functions
- Cook up customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
- Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and/or administrative functions
- Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
- Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments, and resources
- Familiarity with material pricing and factory operations
- Working knowledge of contract vehicles, types, formation, execution, and management

Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $132,400 - $251,600
