Responsibilities
- Influence field medical execution through collaboration with key stakeholders
- Represent US TA Medical Affairs at meetings for resource allocation and planning
- Lead implementation strategies throughout product life cycles
- Identify areas of high impact for team value creation
- Analyze healthcare trends to enhance departmental capabilities
- Partner on culture-shaping and performance enablement initiatives
- Provide scientific and medical expertise for priority projects
Qualifications
- Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree (M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D.)
- At least 5 years in medical affairs, with 2 years in a HQ role or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years oncology experience
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic planning skills
- Able to manage changing workloads and timelines
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability in cross-functional teamwork and collaboration
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Suite and understanding of AI capabilities
