Responsibilities
- Advance strategic initiatives across the Oncology portfolio that enhance USMA Health Systems field activities
- Lead alignment initiatives among Regional Medical and Scientific Director teams and the Health Systems team
- Connect Health Systems strategy with product-level strategies through cross-functional collaboration
- Influence field medical planning by coordinating with FMADs, PASLs, and SDMAs
- Support leadership alignment and execution between Headquarters and the Field
- Drive innovation in tools and processes across field medical health systems for improved outcomes
- Lead the creation of impact reports to communicate progress to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Advanced healthcare/science doctoral degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD)
- 5+ years field medical affairs experience, including 2+ years as a Health Systems/Payer Medical Liaison or equivalent
- Agile mindset with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills for conveying information to various stakeholders
- Prowledge in collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing evidence base for product value propositions
- Background in shaping medical development strategies in the pharmaceutical industry
