US Labor Lawyer - UK Based

Role Responsibilities

• Create and review realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios.
• Evaluate scenarios using expertise in employment law, HR policies, and compliance.
• Advise on corporate workplace policies, leveraging experience in Labor & Employment.
• Review and improve employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide advisory support.
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified to practice law in the United States.
• Must have professional experience in Labor & Employment / Employment Law.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom with the right to work.
• Experience advising on or reviewing corporate workplace policies is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience at firms like Baker McKenzie, Littler, Seyfarth Shaw, Squire Patton Boggs, Ogletree Deakins, Morgan Lewis, Paul Hastings, Proskauer, A&O Shearman, Hogan Lovells, Gibson Dunn is preferred.
