[US HQ] Director, Value Stream Fulfillment

Define and execute the strategic direction

You will define and execute the strategic direction for Fulfillment and Warehousing process verticals, owning the multi-year capability roadmap and global template.

Lead and mentor an indirect team

• Manage a team of Associate Directors and Senior Managers
• Build a high-performing, accountable department with clear OKRs aligned to company strategy

Set the governance framework

• Set the governance framework and operating model for how the Global Value Stream team Fulfillment designs, validates, and deploys process and technology standards internationally

Partner with stakeholders

• Partner at the executive level with Product, Engineering, Finance, and regional Operations to align on global priorities, technology investments, and performance benchmarks

Drive continuous improvement

• Own the department's budget, headcount planning, and resource allocation across capability areas and geographies

Lead Lighthouse Projects

• Drive the organization's approach to continuous improvement, value stream analysis, and waste elimination at scale — setting the standard for how the company approaches process maturity
• Lead the design and deployment of the most complex and high-stakes Lighthouse Projects, from problem definition through to global rollout

Ensure internal consultancy

• Ensure the team functions as an effective internal consultancy — providing rigorous expert support to regional operations, quality teams, and technology partners

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Downstream Operations and Technology — including significant senior leadership experience
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across multiple geographies, with full accountability for operational outcomes
• Deep expertise across multiple Fulfillment and Warehousing domains, with a breadth of experience that enables credible leadership across the full Fulfillment Value Stream portfolio
• Strong commercial acumen and experience and delivering measurable business impact
• Extensive experience Fulfillment and Warehousing technology ecosystems, including Order Management Systems (OMS/WCS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Automated Storage and Retrieval system (ASRMS), and Order Enrichment systems; experience with Industrial Engineering hardware integration a strong plus
• A track record of developing senior talent and building high-performance organizations
• Experience operating as a senior stakeholder in cross-functional governance and product/technology lifecycle processes
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time in a quarter
