About the role

The Senior Relocation Specialist works closely with Deloitte professionals and their families to provide high-touch, personalized relocation services.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end transferee experience for Deloitte professionals’ moving both domestically and internationally.
• Performing work based on move type to administer policies, manage caseload, and resolve issues.
• Performing administrative and transactional services to support caseload by utilizing relocation technology to document activities, track expenses, and reconcile move costs.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related business experience in the relocation industry, legal authorization to work in the US, experience with expense reimbursement and accounts payable activities, ability to travel 0-10%.
• Prior experience with relocation databases (Serviceengine, EQUUS), expense & financial invoice processing, stakeholder & project management experience, and preparing regular reporting for senior leadership.

Benefits

Reasonable salary range: $60,000 to $100,000. Participation in a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.

Schedule

Travel: 0-10% based on the work done and the clients and industries/sectors served.
