Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
