Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Requirements
You are required to complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
Skills
Strong communications skills, self-starter, love of learning and challenges, skilled in long-term relationship building, adaptable to new information, and able to think critically with sound judgment.

Pay
