Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Complete ongoing training and required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possess additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
