Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and align with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and required certifications to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
- Loves learning and challenges, including determination to succeed.
- Skilled in long-term relationship building and adaptable to new information.
- Comfortable thinking critically and finding solutions for clients.
- Passion for new opportunities and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- Minimum $50,000 salary range.
- Hiring maximum of $125,000.
