Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Participate in ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in financial services.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
