Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, efficient client experience.
• Create a supportive and engaging environment within the branch.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Track record of success in financial services.
• Preferred state insurance licenses.
• Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP® or CRPC™.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
• Determination to succeed and adaptability to new information.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Confidence and critical thinking skills.
