Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to establish trust and create personalized strategies for achieving their financial goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Participate in ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
Requirements
Required: Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Experience in financial services with clients, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services, and a track record of success. State insurance licenses preferred. Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CRPC™ are preferred.
