Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
- Create a supportive environment within the branch that fosters trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training and required training to maintain registrations and licenses.
Requirements
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- Track record of success in financial services.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
