Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
• Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and implement personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Create an engaging environment within the branch based on trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Possess additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
