Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients, in-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.

Pay and Schedule
No ceiling to your earning potential and growth, and your compensation is tied to the effort you put in. A multi-faceted compensation package that also includes opportunities for profitability bonuses, profit sharing, and incentive travel. Flexibility in your schedule, where required by applicable law, is eligible for paid sick leave and paid time off. Financial advisors may be eligible for bonuses; profit sharing; paid medical and parental leave for Financial Advisors that satisfy eligibility requirements; and participation in the firm's Travel Award Program.
