Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through various sourcing strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to build trust and create personalized strategies to help them achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among the team.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services with clients and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Track record of success in financial services.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
