Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services working with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
