Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships through various sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create a dynamic and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
- Participate in ongoing training provided by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Support your clients and engage with the branch team to enhance branch effectiveness and achieve business goals.

Candidate Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
- Experience in financial services and a strong understanding of investment products and services.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
