Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies such as residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create and manage the branch business plan to enhance branch effectiveness and achieve business goals.
  • Build a supportive and engaging environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
  • Strong communication skills and self-starter mentality.
  • Loves learning and challenges, with a drive to succeed.
  • Skilled in long-term relationship building and adaptable to new information.
  • Confident and possesses the ability to think critically, making sound judgments.
