Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals, while engaging the branch team.
- Build a supportive and accountable environment within the branch, promoting trust, respect, and open communication.
Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 required
- Experience in financial services with a track record of success
- State insurance licenses preferred
- Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
