Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required
  • Experience in financial services working with clients
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success
  • State insurance licenses preferred
  • PREFERRED: Additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
