Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via various sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
• Complete ongoing training and maintain necessary licenses and registrations.

Candidate Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Track record of success in financial services.
• State insurance licenses preferred.
• Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP® or CRPC™.
