About the role
The AI Program Manager drives construction-focused AI initiatives to improve project outcomes in safety, quality, cost, and schedule. This role requires collaboration across construction, engineering, and technology functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of AI-supported initiatives from concept to implementation and adoption
- Partner with construction, engineering, operations, and technical teams to define and prioritize AI use cases
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
- Establish governance for scope, risk, organizational change, and executive reporting
- Drive adoption through pilots and training while promoting responsible AI practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, construction, operations, or technology delivery
- 2+ years of experience supporting AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of program governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field
- Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in construction, engineering, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with tools such as BIM, project controls, scheduling, ERP, or EHS platforms
- Experience with use cases like predictive scheduling, cost forecasting, safety analytics, or document intelligence
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification and success driving adoption and measurable business outcomes
Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000.00 - $193,000.00 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
