US ERP Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ERP Solution Architect to join our delivery team. As an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect, you will lead implementations for our top clients, providing thought leadership, team leadership, and business and functional expertise on Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to both clients and internal functional resources. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, system integration, and technical specifications while maintaining high-standard documentation.

We focus exclusively on delivering innovative Oracle On-Premises and Oracle Cloud applications and technology solutions that drive operational excellence and maximize the benefits of our clients' Oracle investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
• Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Oversee the smooth integration of ERP systems with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
• Recommend and implement best practices for ERP configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding the ERP development and implementation process.
• Stay updated on ERP industry trends and technology advancements, advising on opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) and their integration.
• Minimum of 3 Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Strong experience in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.
• Solid understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
