Responsibilities
- Partner with the Desk Head to drive high-priority initiatives and ensure cross-team alignment
- Utilize structured problem-solving to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Lead key projects such as product expansions and operational enhancements
- Manage goal tracking and communicate progress on achievements and shifting priorities
- Apply knowledge of market structure and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
- Oversee the desk's operating rhythm, focusing on improving communication and efficiency
- Engage with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in stakeholder management and cross-functional execution, ideally with a consulting background
- Experience in corporate strategy or COO roles within financial services or technology is advantageous
- High emotional intelligence for navigating complex organizational dynamics
- Prowess in thriving in ambiguous situations and delivering impactful results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences
- Strong STEM background focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Interest or experience in equities or financial markets is beneficial but not required
