Responsibilities

• Partner with the Desk Head to drive high-priority initiatives and ensure cross-team alignment
• Utilize structured problem-solving to identify opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Lead key projects such as product expansions and operational enhancements
• Manage goal tracking and communicate progress on achievements and shifting priorities
• Apply knowledge of market structure and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
• Oversee the desk's operating rhythm, focusing on improving communication and efficiency
• Engage with stakeholders to enhance recruitment processes and onboarding experiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years in stakeholder management and cross-functional execution, ideally with a consulting background
• Experience in corporate strategy or COO roles within financial services or technology is advantageous
• High emotional intelligence for navigating complex organizational dynamics
• Prowess in thriving in ambiguous situations and delivering impactful results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences
• Strong STEM background focusing on critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest or experience in equities or financial markets is beneficial but not required
