About the role
The bus driver and substitute drivers are essential for maintaining the efficient operation of the transportation system. They are responsible for driving buses safely and ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers.
Responsibilities
- Drive buses safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
- Ensure that the bus is clean and in good condition before each trip.
- Monitor passenger behavior and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and staff during operations.
- Handle emergencies and accidents according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least two years of driving experience.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of local bus routes and schedules.

Pay
