Responsibilities
EY's Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Staff, you'll contribute to transformation initiatives that align with clients' strategic goals—helping bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Working with experienced team members, you will support the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures. You'll have the unique opportunity to align with either our TA&D Business or TA&D Technology Strategy team to specialize in the area that best fits you.
TA&D Business
- Work with project teams and clients to help plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions
- Support transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks
- Apply Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum
- Track risks and resources across workstreams
- Develop governance materials and portfolio analyses
- Contribute to business cases, ideation activities, performance reporting, and client-ready storytelling that help teams deliver measurable value throughout the transformation journey
