US/Asia Transfer Associate, Client Service (Mandarin Speaker), 2027
About the role
We are seeking a bilingual Client Service Associate fluent in Mandarin to participate in a unique global mobility program that offers you the opportunity to experience working within two of the AlphaSights’ offices based in world-class cities. You’ll work within our New York Client Service team for around 6 months in an immersive experience where you’ll receive a crash course in the AlphaSights business, including significant training and professional development before permanently relocating to our Hong Kong office where you’ll leverage your cross-cultural learnings to maximize client & firm outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end client-expert communications, spending a significant part of your day on the phone screening and negotiating with relevant experts to position the best possible matches for your clients’ requests.
- Leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools to map complex industry value chains and identify and engage with relevant experts.
- Understanding the project and market context and the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
- Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
- Relevant internship experience.
- Fully fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Work authorization in the United States; we do not sponsor visas but will consider applicants with STEM/OPT eligibility.

- Expect total first-year compensation ranging from $90-110k (average to high performance) consisting of (i) annual base salary of $80,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
