About The Role
We are looking for an Analog Hardware Intern to contribute to the design and validation of high-performance analog/mixed-signal circuits in our compute-in-memory architecture. This role offers hands-on experience in advanced silicon design.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the schematic design, simulation, and layout of analog circuits
- Perform transistor-level simulations using industry-standard tools
- Support silicon validation, test chip bring-up, and performance measurements
- Work closely with the analog team to analyze and improve circuit performance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong foundation in analog circuit theory, device physics, and CMOS design
- Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or HSPICE
- Familiarity with lab equipment (e.g., oscilloscope, signal generators) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work in a lab or simulation environment
Salary Range
$35-45 USD/hr
