Description

Store Manager is responsible for the day-to‑day operation of the store, including customer service, employee supervision, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, cleanliness, and compliance with PMG company standards. The candidate is a dependable, hands‑on leader who can motivate a team, maintain high service standards, and keep the store running efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional experience on an ongoing basis.
• Operate cash register according to PMG standards, handling cash, record keeping, and paperwork.
• Train, coach, and hold employees accountable.
• Execute daily tasks with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Report emergency situations such as break‑ins, robberies, alarm issues, or staff failing to lock up.
• Remain drug‑free and submit to random drug screens.
• Follow all policies regarding vendor check‑in, inventory reporting, employee discipline, and the employee handbook.
• Perform work with integrity, honesty, and respect.
• Maintain records and input data into the provided computer system.
• Ensure all shifts are covered.
• Manage store operations including cleanliness, customer service, inventory, stocking, ordering, and any other requests from the District and Area Manager.
• Training will be provided on duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED, or a college degree.

• Basic math, cash‑handling, and computer skills.
• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer‑service experience.
• Valid NC driver’s license.
• Schedule flexibility.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week.
• Working cell phone with texting ability.
