About the role
Urology Physician providing locum tenens support in a hybrid inpatient and outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage adult urology cases with minimal pediatric involvement.
- Perform clinical duties Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, including call coverage.
- Utilize EMRs such as Athena and Medhost.
- Handle a variety of urological procedures and patient care responsibilities.
- Provide high‑quality urological care, manage patient cases efficiently, participate in call coverage, and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
Qualifications
- Board certification by the American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
- Active Michigan medical license.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CSR.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in urology.
- Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient cases.
