Group is seeking to employ a Urologist to join their growing practice in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Urology
- Current unrestricted Florida medical license (or ability to obtain) with no restrictions, probationary terms, or conditions
- No history of license revocation, restriction, or suspension by any professional licensing agency in any state or jurisdiction
- Current unrestricted DEA registration
