Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology
- Willing to obtain state licensure
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR
- Practice setting: Hospital and Clinic
- Case mix: general adult urology cases

$2,425.00 – $2,625.00
