Urology Physician

Hospital-employed Urology position with a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service. The role offers a flexible practice structure allowing physicians to tailor volume and productivity goals, and a collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices. Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinic urology services
- Perform inpatient consult service
- Participate in 1:6 call rotation
- Tailor volume and productivity goals per flexible practice structure
- Engage in mentorship and support of physician practice development
Pay
Pay rate: $700,000.00 - $800,000.00. Generous base salary plus production bonuses with 800K+ earning potential. Significant earning potential depending on productivity and practice style. Sign-on bonus, relocation and/or fellowship stipend available.
