About the role

Join a physician-led urology practice seeking a General Urologist to support growing patient demand in a major Indiana city. Provide comprehensive urological care with immediate patient volume and OR access.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological care to patients.
• Work alongside a team of 30+ urologists and 18 APPs, with subspecialty support in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and andrology.
• Utilize advanced technology including access to Da Vinci robotics, holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy.
• Operate within a specialized EMR system designed for urology workflows.

Skills

• Robotics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency with Da Vinci robotic surgery, holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy techniques.
• Familiarity with urology‑specific electronic medical record systems.

Schedule

Share call responsibilities typically around 1:7 or 1:8, with dedicated clinical assistance for triage and surgery scheduling.
