About the role
A motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join a collaborative outpatient urology practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic care for adult patients, utilizing advanced treatments such as robotic surgery, minimally invasive procedures, and in-office therapies.
- Work alongside board-certified urologists and advanced practice providers within a modern, outpatient setting.
- Develop procedural skills, participate in follow-up care, and deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
- Utilize telehealth and integrated technologies to enhance patient experience.
Requirements
- Active NYS license and registration as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- For Physician Assistants:
- Bachelor's degree.
- NCCPA certification.
- At least one year ambulatory care experience.
- CPR certified.
- For Nurse Practitioners:
- Completion of an approved NP program.
- Certification from AANPCB or ANCC.
- Pharmacology coursework.
- Preferred three years nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills, collaborative mindset, and commitment to patient care are essential.
